Nah, of course I can do this. I can do anything I set my mind to. I mean, seriously, I’ve come this far in spite of clinging to naïveté and a stubborn opposition to authority. Imagine what breakthroughs are possible if I become a savvy, big girl? Hell, look out world!!
And so, the visions of life without this crutch keep coming, confidently nudging me to keep chipping away at this block. As I walk into the office, or brush my teeth, or eat my salad, a revelation; an idea. Ah, I think, yes I need to do that and it will amend this. And so on. Patience and quieting my mind is having the desired effect.
One thing I’ve found to be true is this: Bringing ANY issue to the forefront and shining a very bright light on it, irrevocably alters its relationship to you by severing the hold it has. No surprises here. We’ve exposed the monsters under our beds with light since childhood. Good lessons are good lessons whenever they’re learned, yes?
But signs are nice, too.
I found this message in my email inbox this A.M.
Once you are able to achieve and consistently maintain your personal alignment, a great deal of money will flow into your experience (if that is your desire).
Do not let others set the standards about how much money you should have— or about what you should do with it— for you are the only one who could ever accurately define that. Come into alignment with who-you-really-are, and allow the things that life has helped you to know that you want to flow into your experience.
Thanks, Esther. The law of attraction. Woot.
My wish tonight is for the courage to come clean, own up, tell the truth. It starts with you telling yourself the truth, and ripples out from there. It can be painful, awkward, and even divisive to break a string of lies, but the good far outweighs the bad. Dishonesty, whether to oneself or another, separates you from your higher-self. And no one really desires that. So take heart, shoulder your courage, and speak only truth. It will set you free.
